On July 1 let’s all Celebrate Canada’s Birthday!
June 30th
9:00pm Party at the park bandshell to will kick off the festivities. There will be bands, a DJ and a glow stick dance party. The night will be capped off with a fireworks show. Organizers have also teased a “major musical act” that will be confirmed at a later date.
July 1
8:00am Early with yoga, hosted by Rebel Power Yoga
9:00am-11:00am Free pancake breakfast
Throughout the day, there will be free entertainment on the Kin Coulee stage, cultural groups, food trucks, vendors organized by Homestead Market and artisans,
There will also be children’s activities, a petting zoo, and various sporting events, including a volleyball tournament, three-on-three basketball, barefoot soccer and cricket.
Starting at 12 pm there will be vendors & exhibitors all day, activities for kids, contests, free stage acts, wagon rides, free hot dogs & bottled water that will be served at noon plus a Canada
Day ceremony at 1p.m
There will be a free concert that features Foxx Worthee, Rent to Own, The Cruisers, Derek Hintz, Tim Herman. To wrap up the night there will be a fireworks display at 11p.m
