Hidden Valley Ski Resort in Cypress Hills Park near Elkwater, Alberta guarantees reasonable rates with no lift lines. The facility offers downhill skiing and a terrain park with rails and snow obstacles. An excellent beginner hill or for those that appreciate a Great Value! Ski lifts operate Wednesday-Sunday 9:30am-4:00pm.
Hidden Valley Ski Resort is located 65km from Medicine Hat and provides some stunning vistas looking over the prairies toward the city. They also have an extensive snow making system to assist with nature’s own so snow for your trip is not an issue even if there doesn’t seem much on the Prairies or in the city. Ski/snowboard rentals and lessons are also available.
