Get outside and have some fun! 


Skiing at Hidden Valley Ski Resort in Cypress Hills Park is always a good time.  Experience small lift lines, friendly staff and helpful instructors at this great family hill. Enjoy some exercise and fresh air in the beautiful Cypress Hills. Bring your family  for a fun ski weekend in Medicine Hat! 


Ski lifts operate Wednesday-Sunday 9:30am-4:00pm.

Hidden Valley Ski Resort is located 65km from Medicine Hat and provides some stunning vistas looking over the prairies toward the city.  They also have an extensive snow making system to assist with nature’s own so snow for your trip is not an issue even if there doesn’t seem much on the Prairies or in the city.  Ski/snowboard rentals and lessons are also available. Don't wait, book today! 


Ski & Stay Package includes two ski lift passes and one-night stay for two people at your choice of hotel.

Need more lift passes? Just ask at the front desk to add-on another pair for $40

Hidden Valley Ski Resort Safety Measures

Daily capacity for the ski hill is 350 people.
Face coverings, 2 meter physical distancing and no gathering with non-household members is suggested.
All tickets must be purchased online, in advance.
Lodge: Partially closed
  • Bathroom use only.
  • Lockers and storage areas are closed. Please use your vehicle as home base.
Café/Lounge: Take Out Only
  • Closed for eat in dinning.
  • One member per family can collect food orders.
Rentals: 15% Capacity – expect delays
  • Capacity in rentals building is limited so please be patient.
  • If the building is full you will be asked to wait outside…be prepared.
Lessons:
  • Lessons will be on a discounted 1hr private lesson basis.
  • Max 3 persons from the same family cohort. (Age 2-5 Ski lesson max 2)
  • Lessons can be booked in advance if you have a ticket booked. Call to book.
