Brews, Bites and Balloons Contest

Fine Print:

Contest Winner and Guest must be 18+ years of age.

Duplicate entries will result in both being deleted.

Weight -Weight and weather are the primary factors in a successful flight. Consideration is made for wind speed, air temperature, basket size, balloon size and weight of pilot and passengers. To ensure a safe flight for everyone, accuracy is important. As part of the up for the flight, you will be asked to confirm your weight.

Physical Condition – Passengers must be of sound physical condition and able to stand in a confined space for an hour or more. They should be able to climb in and out of a 4 foot tall gondola unassisted

Medical Condition – Passengers must not have any medical conditions that would prevent them from taking a hot air balloon ride. This includes recent surgeries, history of fainting, or taking medication that may have those side effects. If passengers do not appear to be in sound physical condition at the field the pilot may choose not to fly with them. It is the pilot’s discretion.

Attire – Passengers should wear close toed shoes and prepare for changing temperatures before, during and after the flight. Long hair must be tied back. Do not wear flammable material.
